THE ULTIMATE REAMER

The Ultimate Reamer is not just a reamer, it's a precision tool specifically designed for the rod building industry to make reaming of cork, rubberized cork, burl, rubber, EVA and wood inserts easier and significantly faster than any other reamers offered on the market today.

The Ultimate Reamer's Mandrel is taper ground from heat treated hardened steel using a propitiatory process. We then apply deliberately shaped conical tungsten-carbite/nickel composite teeth that are placed in a uniform grit structure, affixed to a flexible sheet which produces a permanently-bonded metallic composite abrasive product.

When we combine the spiral application of the teeth, with the appropriate spacing between the wraps of teeth, we greatly enhance material removal of particulate when reaming, thus providing a much greater reaming efficiency.
